Felix Fietkau 021f3834a7 kernel: remove obsolete config symbols from 4.4 
Only remove old symbols for 4.4 since older Kernels might be
removed sooner/later and 4.4 is the next LTS

build tested against:
 omap 4.4 CONFIG_ALL_KMODS
 x86_64
