Jonas Gorski b519908e84 brcm63xx: update development kernel to linux 3.14
Now that 3.13 will be EOL soon, switch to 3.14.

Known issues:
 * 74x164 is not available because upstream dropped non-DT support
 * jffs2 breaks with SMP

Unknown issues:
 * probably plenty

Subject: [PATCH 52/56] MIPS: BCM63XX: fixup mapped SPI flash access on boot
Some bootloaders leave the flash access in an invalid state with dual
read enabled; fix it by disabling it and falling back to simple fast
reads.
